Orders require printing, proofing, signing, adding provenance, series collating, packaging management and finally delivery. These steps require preciseness that cannot be rushed. Hope you all understand.

Each item is printed to a meticulously high standard with care and forethought given to each piece, they too are hand-signed, provenance for each given, and shipped to order; carefully wrapped and packed, so as a consequence, we cannot accept returns. However, if your print is damaged during shipment, or if it arrives in a manner unbefitting its intended quality, we will ask for proof and look to replace it. Ideally this proof will be in the form of photographs and even videos, showing the damage and a written account of the delivery and where and how it was dropped to your home. This proof will be required so that it can be provided to our delivery agents for insurance purposes.
